How it works
- Public records, every day. I pull newly issued permits straight from the city and county permit offices every morning.
- Filtered to you. You pick the trades and the areas you cover. No padding your file with jobs three states away.
- A short file each morning. Ranked, de-duplicated, and nothing you have already been sent. It stays a two-minute read. Reply "unsubscribe" any time and it stops.
What you're not getting
- No scraped personal data. No homeowner names, phone numbers or emails. It is the permit record and the property address, which is what keeps it clean to use.
- No shared "exclusive" leads. These are not form-fills resold to five of your competitors. They are permits on the public record. What you do with them is your edge.
- No contracts. $39 a month, cancel by replying to any email.
